While at Qualcomm, I worked for the IT department. Our main goal was to educate the teams on UX - Process, Benefits, Roadmap etc. In this process, we trained few members from each core team, which we called UX Champions.
Overview
To educate IT teams, I worked on few templates which could be used by UX champions to conduct UX activities within their scrum teams. This included doing an internal research to understand the current work process, kind of users, time availability, general project turn around.
